Past can neither come back nor can we change it, so why squander your present.
When you remember old times try to find a distraction and get out of the trap.

2. Live in the moment


Living in the present moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the
excellence, whatever it is today. Simply, practice gratitude, lighten up with your friends. It means living in living consciously, lives in every second, whatever is well and good.

Be Aware of Your Surroundings, enjoy being Where You Are.
Take a deep breath and feels the positivity.

3. Stop waiting for perfection


This is a big one. For all of us who are waiting for a perfect time. This applies to me too, I am also waiting for the right moment for one thing Yea it's not easy But I'm covering it now. Being ambitious is great but aiming for perfection is unrealistic, impractical, and debilitating. In the end, be like you, do whatever in your heart.

Meditation is a powerful and inherent treatment for people who suffer from depression and anxiety. Meditation will enhance your health by strengthening your immune system, reducing your blood pressure, and lowering cholesterol levels.

6. Think positive


Do not think about what went wrong, think positive about what happened. In many cases, overthinking is caused by a single emotion: fear. When you focus on all the negative things that might happen, it's easy to frustrate.

If something wrong has happened then it does not mean that it will be wrong in the future also. Remember, every opportunity is a new beginning, a place to start again.
