genetic vulnerability, stressful life events, medications, and medical problems.

Family pressure like study, career, financial problems are often when family ties may not remains the same. Too much pressure damages a child's self-esteem. It can lead to a severe stressful lifestyle. 


Not Happy with your self


Yes, this is the main factor of anxiety. I am one of them it happens to everyone.


Every person has self-doubt even your role model(favorite actor, ideal) it's

common but when it higher than your self-confidence then it may shift you to suicidal thought.


Drug and alcohol use

Organization (WHO), India is home to 12% of the world’s smokers.


More than 1 million people die every year due to tobacco-related illnesses.

Proper sleep



Try to keep a regular sleep schedule. The best time to sleep in between 9 pm-6 am(6 hours). Some of those benefits include being able to wake up more easily in the morning and feeling more energized and focused throughout the day.


Allow at least an hour before bed to slow down, this means avoiding any devices with screens. The blue light they emit overstimulates the mind and suppresses melatonin production, a hormone that promotes sleep.
