Open your eyes slowly and feel the serenity. Then you find an increase in attention and some relax in your mind.

How much Meditation per day? There is no fixed time to practice it. But as a beginner you can start with 5-min, also I started it for a short time and now I do this every day for 20-25 min in the morning and till I fall asleep at night. You should start with a place of peace where nothing will interrupt you.
